With all amenities, Chermside is deserved to be called "mini CBD".
The best pocket of Chermside is around Alleena st with two big parks around, walking distance to schools and beautiful city view not interrupted by high rise buildings.
Paid 1/3 of our Sydney house for a 3 bedroom house in Chermside 3 years ago, we would not happier with that decision.
