We have just puchased in Stafford Heighs and are thrilled!. Coming from Melbourne where we lived 10kms from the CBD in one of the best suburbs, Stafford Heights should be renamed... St Afford Heights! The area has so much potential, older sound large houses on big block and a short 8 kms to the CBD. For the weekend your already on the right side of town to jump on the A3 and head to Noosa! The childcare facilites are fanastic Guppys on Appleby road, everything you need on a daily basis is there parks, supermarkets and the mamoth Chermside mall.
If the railway gets approved through Trouts Road to Aspley then the St Afford Heights will boom. St Afford and Kedron will be the winners.
