"Nice area- less redneck, beer swilling, cashed up bogans than some northern suburbs"

Still have the Macedonian /Italian influence there which is nice. Main street get busy during rush hours, and it seems to be quicker going along Wanneroo road. Nice selection of cafes/eateries along Wanneroo road and main street, quick drive to Joondanna for takeaway/dining. higher volume of retirees

Great for

Location-its close-ish to perth
Units are still cheaper than some places
Crime is not too bad

Not great for

To many government housing that have unemployed mothers with too many young kids-who are potential thieves
