This property is a large block with newly establishing gardens. The seabreeze comes into the house through the bedroom windows every day, being double story. The house is situated precisely on the block attracting all morning sun into the kitchen, dining, lounge and there is a couple of Blue Wrens breeding in the trees on the front boundry. The morning echoes the sound of many of the species of birds that reside in the trees which is a lovely way to wake in the morning.
