It's a great street. Very quiet. However, the drainage is all to pot with the old terracotta drains cracked and infested with tree roots. The same goes for the sewerage too. Mind you, we love our trees so if you are thinking of moving in and chopping them down you will find a lot of us aren't so friendly. The clay sub soil has been saturated this winter so watch those homes crack apart this summer! Barking dogs can be a problem and the teenager who plays his drums is a serial pest. Summer evening parties mean beautiful quiet evenings are not so beautifully quiet. Lovely 2/3 acre blocks which require a lot of work to keep in tip top condition. If you don't like gardening then best get a townhouse down the road in Mornington.
