Great country feel within 10 minutes of town living, and easy access to city.
Tooradin has great food, community and sporting grounds.
My kids also love the local school

Bayview road is split by the South Gippsland hwy, I live on the water side of the hwy, it is a great place, friendly, close to parks, shops, pub and the water.
The other side of the hwy, I walk often to take my kids to the primary school, it also is beautiful and well kept.
The only negative is the road gets busy at weekends when the sports grounds get used.
