Dandelion Drive

"The hub of Rowville"

Circling what is geographically the centre of Rowville, Dandelion Drive is a road that EVERY resident and most visitors would have driven at least once, if not daily or weekly. Some 4km long, it is a feeder road accessing primary schools, kindergartens, childcare, Rowville Lakes Shopping Centre, corner "Milk Bars", bus stops and exits to Kelletts, Napolean, Taylors lane and Wellington Roads.
A true 'hub' and integral to Rowville liveability.

Rosewood Boulevard

"Gateway to Carrington"

Entering via gates 'protected' by 2 stylized lions heads, Rosewood Boulevard is initially a tree lined dual carriageway welcoming all who enter Carrington, Lysterfield. Premier residential address, through the roundabout, past acres of reserve and playground, Rosewood Boulevard immediately stamps the grandeur that is Carrington, with impressive homes on both sides of the road.
Feeding traffic to both Heritage Way and Windsor Drive, it also affords an uninterrupted view towards the Dandenong Ranges, whether it be sunrise or bathed in pink at sunset.
