Dayboro

"Fresh air, wide mountain vistas, friendly folk and great cafes!"

Dayboro is a hidden gem. About 40 minutes’ drive into the hustle and bustle of the CBD-so fully commutable, yet it SO nice to leave all the traffic, light pollution and noise of the city behind at the end of the day!

Great cafes, bakery, pizza takeaway, an IGA, country weekend market. It’s got a community swimming pool, gym. A petrol station, tennis courts, bowling club and lots of bush hiking tracks and horse riding trails in the environs.

15 minutes from Samford, yet (so far) without the hefty price tags (although as people are now beginning to realise how glorious and friendly Dayboro is, it’s getting harder to buy under $800k...)

The new USC university at Petrie is only 15 minutes away. Ferny Grove train station is 30 minutes away.

Swim in the natural waterhole. Cycle on quiet roads. Watch a movie in the village hall. Enjoy a glass of wine or a beer sat on your veranda watching the sunset disappear behind the mountain range...Ah Dayboro-My home :)
