Friendly people all around the Hill, not much traffic except for locals and the occasional tourist up the top of hill. Homes seem to add value faster tahn most other areas of Bundaberg and only place you will have a decent view over farms onto ocean and city. Plenty of Kangaroos in park for early walkers and excellent walking tracks approx 8 km of walking thru parks and tracks.
