Highett

"Jillian Avenue - Almost Sandringham"

Highett is a great place to live, it has everything Bayside has to offer except the price tag. Jillian Avenue is one of Highetts better streets, close to Sandringham and it facilities and close to Highett Shops and its facilities. Great for families, transport, the beach, schools and shopping.

Transport - being right in the middle of both Sandringham and Highett stations you have a choice of what line to catch. From Jillian Ave you walk straight down Abbott street to the station(15mis) or from the end of the street you can catch the bus to Highett station from Highett road. The Highett road bus also takes you to Hampton Station and shops.

For the families -at the end of the street is Peterson Reserve with activities for young children at the play ground through to young teenages with the junior skateboard park. For the older teenages there is the skate park near the Southland. Ashwood Avenue park is walking distance, as is Sanrdringham Primary, Sandringham East Primary and Sandringham College.

Shopping - Walk to Coles and take aways and milk bars, or ride your bike to Sandringham for the Saturday coffee, Highett shops and cafes are equally as close. Southland is 5mins as is Hampton street.

Highett is a friendly place to live with a great community spirit. Not alot of houses turn over as families don't want to leave. !
