Woodcroft

"great growing southern suburb"

fantastic suburb with something for everyone. some luxurious ares such as mt hurtle, kings green and woodcroft farm are in the area with large blocks, situated with 4 bedroom 2 bathroom homes for reasonably prices. also includes smaller sub divisions with court yard homes that are close to shops and public transport. very tidy looking suburb with plenty of trees, parks and greenery.
woodcroft shopping centre has a library, banks, supermarket, pysiotherapist just to name a few. plenty of parks and room for kids to be active and enjoy mother nature.
2 golf courses very close by in the Vines and thaxted, both of which are fantastic to play on.
down side to woodcroft is the slow internet access, however that is currently in the process of being improved.
would recommend woodcroft for any families with kids or couples looking to have kids in the future. also a great place for retirees or alternativly 1st home buyers (which i was) due to the great name it has fantastic retail value but without breaking the budget to buy into.
