"Best Suburb In The Gold Coast For Families"
"Good Times, Great Vibes - Life Shines At Pacific Pines!"
Driving through Pacific Pines is like driving through a Hollywood set - it almost doesn't seem real it's so picturesque..
Think beautifully maintained tree lined streets, people walking their dogs and drinking coffee, families and kids playing sport in the many local parks are taking their jetskiis and water toys out to the water.
Pacific Pines is not for party animals, but if you love nature, family, community and quiet peaceful living then you will love Pacific Pines.
You can drive to Burleigh from Pacific Pines on a weekend morning in 20 minutes or enjoy the many facilities of the Gold Coast like The Star Casino, Pacific Fair & Harboutown Iconic shopping destinations & all of the beautiful beaches and water ways of the Gold Coast at your door step, as well as easy access to the stunning green Gold Coast Hinterland.
Pacific Pines is known for its "Community Feel". The neighbours are friendly and look out for each other, you have gyms, bakeries, doctors, dentists, barbers, pharmacies, Coles, Woolworths, everything you could possibly need.
It's a stone's throw from the iconic Top Golf golfing destination as well as many golf clubs and prestigious areas like Hope Island, Helensvale, Runaway Bay and Sanctuary Cove.
Australia's best theme parks of Movie World and Wet and Wild are in the suburb just next door, with even more theme park action less than 10 minutes away at Dreamworld and White Waterworld as well as new hospitals and other developments.
It's a bit of a hidden gem in the Gold Coast and is completely different to the "busy" areas like Surfers Paradise, Robina, Southport etc.. although you can easily drive to these places in minutes, Pacific Pines is the blissful "quiet life" in the Gold Coast while still being close enough to enjoy all the social aspects.
A modern "suburbia" giving you the benefits of quiet roads, parks and amazing schools "country living" without giving up any of the city life or glitz and glamour that the Gold Coast has to offer.
My kids love Pacific Pines and play with their friends in the street and my husband is a tradie who loves meeting mates at Pacific Pines pub after work and knowing he can always get a park and a pint in peace.

"Quiet, convenience, great facilities"
Pimpama is a great suburb and a mixed community where people generally maintain their homes, everything is relatively knew so you have very fast internet, good roads and facilities, no overhead power lines things like that.
There is an abundance of cafes, grocery stores, and things to do.
Pimpama is basically a part of Coomera and will benefit from the Coomera connector, the new hospital, and the massive new developments happening at Dreamworld which is in the same suburb.
Lots of theme parks in the area, Westfield is fantastic and have really great night life and alfresco dining in Coomera on the outdoor strip.
Very close to prestigious suburbs like hope island, sanctuary cove, Coomera waters, etc.
Very good suburb for commuting as it's perfectly located in between Gold Coast and Brisbane.
