"Epping - the place to live in the North"
Epping is not a new suburb. however recent development has made it more beautiful place to live in.,there is northern hospital and epping plaza at 5 minutes drive.
good place to shop and safe place to travel at any times.
the best thing about Epping is that I have found it to be safe. Never came across with any trouble makers. Lot of different cultures though but lot of Indians and other Nationalities do prefer to live here.
The good news is that a safeway is coming on Lyndarum drive and also there is a new Epping Market coming on cooper street near Hume freeway.
I would recommend this suburb mainly to people with Kids and family oriented people.

- Bit of traffic in the morning on high street

Thanks David. I checked satellite map and agreed with you regarding Mill Park. High radiation so better to avoid it.
Epping is great with Costco and everything. Much better than old Lalor and industrial Thomastown. Mill Park is near powerline corridor and power station near Westfield with high radiation so I avoid it.
