"Great area to bring up the family"
Caringbah South is a Nice quiet location, Frendly naighbours, close to waterways, child care, Infant & High schools, parks and ovals.
Caringbah's main Street has great Restaurants, Banks, Post office.
Port Hacking Rd South & Wentworth St Lilli Pilli has a nice little group of shops, Iga, Bakery, Takeaway food and a dress shop etc.
Transport is a plus, Caringbah Bus Company opperates the local service, Timetable runs in well with the trains, Caringbah station has had a upgrade, Wheelchair accessable!

- Would advise to keep away from the flats west of the station

Nice quiet location, Frendly naighbours, close to waterways, child care, Infant & High schools, parks and ovals, Burraneer Bay Park on Gannons Road, Wattlebird Bush reserve off Saunders Bay Road, Boat ramp off water street, Gannons road and Port Hacking Road.
Caringbah's main Street has great Restaurants, Banks, Post office. Wentworth St Lilli Pilli has a nice little group of shops, Iga, Bakery, Takeaway food and a dress shop. Great little pocket of the world, Out of the Hussle Bussle. Just temember only a Short walk to Cronulla beach,
