I live just off Tyne St and absolutely love the location. It’s close to the centre of Box Hill without the hustle and bustle. I’ve lived in Box Hill South previously and the train noise there is too loud. On Tyne St, it’s literally unheard.

I’ve lived here for the last two years and have seen gentrification in neighbouring Box Hill really lift Box Hill North up. Love the suburb with local amenities growing everyday.
