Ashfield is a small suburb along a beautiful section of the Swan river with easy access to public transport making it simple to get to where ever you want to go, just jump on the train and within a few minutes you can be drinking coffee at one of the great cafes in either Maylands, Bayswater or Guildford!)

Very cheap when compared to its surrounding riverside suburbs.

Bassendean council can be very difficult to deal with and is very unprogressive with a lot of its planning (not a bad thing if you are looking to buy in the area because they have kept the price down)

Good place to live with a lot of future potential.
