My partner and I have an 8 year old son and the best thing we have done is recently buy our 4 bedroom home in Doolandella. Residents are friendly and the new homes being built are quite nice and stylish and together with a new shopping complex including a Woolworths being planned on the corner of Blunder Rd and Crossacre street it can only increase the value of property here in Doolandella. With nearby Forest Lake and Inala it gives the place real diversity. We are in a new estate surrounded by protected bushland and there are mostly young families here. Anyone with real understanding of potential and vision for the future can see that Doolandella has great potential and it has been estimated by real estate experts that one day it will take over Forest Lake in popularity as it is slightly closer to the City and has better access to both the city and major motorways. I'm so glad we bought here as it's a real sleeping GIANT! :-)
