Built a new house in this street as we knew it was nice and quiet. The kids can be a bit loud when they play but that is only for a short while. As it is a Court there is no through traffic. Shopping is close for supermarkets as there are three within a 2 km radius. There is also strip shopping nearby and also two large shopping centres and a third smaller one 4 km's away. Another complex is currently under construction about 2 km's away.
Buses run every 30 minute about 5 minute walk away, and there are a number of schools in the area both primary and secondary. The closest being 5 minutes walk away. Parks are within walking distance as well. It seems semi rural but within striking distance of anything you want.

The neighbours are quiet and friendly, and most do up the houses at Christmas.
