Hurlstone Crescent

"Walk to EVERYTHING"

This street is in the middle of everything, you are able to walk to school, daycare, parks, shops (stables, Plenty Valley & McDonalds etc) cafes and even Bunnings. There are heaps of parks to take the kids or dog for a walk and your only 2 mins up the road from the Western Ring Road -straight into the City.

Seymour

"An hour to everything - go fishing after school"

Seymour is a town that has the Goulburn Rivers running through the middle with great parks and walking tracks and heaps of bush land on your door step and 4x4 drives just up the road.
You can drive for and hour in the city and get 10kms or you can drive a hour from Seymour and get to Melbourne, Shepparton, Benalla, Bendigo, Mt Bulla and heaps of small country towns.

You can let your kids walk down the street without being worried and they wont be hanging out in the shopping center carparks, then you can take them fishing after school.

The Seymour Cup in Oct is huge and a great day out, so is the farming Expo in Feb. Very busy book a motel early.

Seymour is somewhere you can have a big country block to let your kids run free, been know when you walk down the street, you can do your shopping at Coles, Safeway, IGA, Target, Aldi and heaps of small stores, but still work in the city if you want and then come home after a long day and go for a walk or a fish ijn the Goulburn River.

Come and see the bigger picture of Seymour but make sure you have a good drive around and down the back streets, your find heaps of little secrets.
