Penrith Cresent is located in the northern suburb of Bundoora. Running between Greenhills Road and Maroondah Terace, this stretch of road is an ‘ideal’ place to live that is close to shops, public transport, tennis courts, school & kindergarten.

During the week, Penrith Cresent is like most in the area…quiet and comfortable. There is very little noise from traffic and it’s a great place to live for couples and small families.

Heading south along Penrith Cresent & making your way down to McLeans road you will find a large park land called Norris Bank Reserve. This is a great area for taking the kids on the weekend and having a nice Sunday afternoon BBQ and there is also children’s playground to keep the young ones occupied. Although generally quiet during the week, the barbeques are very popular during the summer months so it is advised to get there early on weekends to make sure you don’t go hungry.
