It's full of Karen's, suffered for two years, it's a extension of a mental institution. Don't get me wrong, there are some really lovely people living in the area, but there are some of the nastiest people as well, and they patrol the streets just to make your life a living hell. So I sold, I just couldn't put up with there feral behavior.

Your business is the neighbours business, prying eyes due to elevated property. Expect visits from snakes, expect trouble from Street residents, lived here for 5 years, worst 5 years of my life, it's feral.

Having lived in many supposedly high end suburbs over the years, moving to oaklands park is a decision which I wish I had done sooner in my life. The fact that neighbors are not nosy, and mind there own business is a breath of fresh air.
The convenience is second to none, Westfield Marion, oaklands park wetlands, oaklands park train station, many specialty stores, restaurant's, pub's parks,the Beaches dentists, doctors, aquatic center, and the list goes on. Unfortunately the high end suburbs west and east lack most. And it's only 15 to 20 minutes drive into the city.
