Having lived in a few north side suburbs before moving to HPW, I can say clearly Northside is the bushy side. but what it lacks is a vibe. A feel. Since moving to Holland park we’ve felt warmth, civility, strong Brisbane culture and heritage nuance. There is a lot of established families who’ve been here generations, and many new young families looking to make their mark. Amazing food is always nearby, quick access to the city and other hubs make this the best location in Brisbane to live, in my experience :)
