Great sized unit with all the benefits of being clost to all the shops and public transport, the only down fall to the property is the constant traffic speeding down Simpson Street and Pine Camp Road as this property sits on the corner of two roads.
Also the constant freight trains during the day and night are rather noisy. However I truly enjoyed living here and will miss the area greatly the people are so friendly and the local realestate that manages the property are very helpful and responsive. Air con is in both up and down stairs areas and awesome timer deck. Does get hot in mornings and afternoons
