"So close to the city but unbelieveable quiet!"

This suburb is a great hidden secret. So close to everything but super quiet and green. Great character homes, friendly neighbours, lots of walking / cycling paths, dog park, public transport etc

Great for

Location to city centre and all important facilities
Low house turnover - people move in and stay forever
Within the catchment area for one of Brisbane's leading public schools and within walking distance of top private schools

Not great for

High rental area for international students which equates to little investment in streetscape by BBC
