Cason Crescent

"Difficult to find a fault!"

Cason Crescent is amongst one of the most desirable neighbourhoods in Warragul.
As a previous review has mentioned, the residents on this street are house proud and certainly showcase it. Impressive landscaping and clean facades.
Just 1KM to the hospital and short drive into the CBD.
Highly sought after and would recommend if you have the budget.

Alford Street

"Tree lined mature street"

Alford Street in Warragul is best known for its matured tree lined street. I live just off Alford and regularly drive up the road on my way to work. Very desirable area being so close to the town centre.
I have noticed the occasional driver speed off of Victoria Street and down the hill towards Bowen Street however overall it is a very peaceful street and would recommend.

Windhaven Ct

"Quiet and private court close to walking tracks"

I've had the pleasure of being in a number of homes along this quiet court in Warragul's north.
The hillside road splits into two sections in somewhat of a backwards "G" shape. Homes closer to the street's access point from Brandy Creek Road will enjoy sweeping views of the surrounding hills and residential estates being built up in the area, while you will have close access to Brooker Park's walking trails from lower on the hill at both ends of the court.
The homes on the street vary in age. Some do require work to be done while others have been built up or renovated.

Overall a great street to raise a family. Close to St Paul's Anglican Grammar School, The Warragul Golf Club, and the CBD.

"Growing country town that has it all!"

I have lived and worked in Warragul for many years now and I am proud to call this place my home.
I have seen the first hand the growth over the years, yet this beautiful Victorian town still maintains it's warm "small town" roots.
Warragul is great place to raise a family with quality education opportunities and plenty of park space to play.
One hour to the city, one hour to the snow, one hour to the beach...In the middle of it all!
One of the best parts of my job is helping new families make the move and establish their own roots here in Warragul.
