"Great community and great location"
Lovelly people, great walking tracks, picturesck, lots and trees and parks, quiet, superb location thats close to everything with a real community spirit. We love it!

Epping
"Wouldn't live anywhere else..."
I have lived in Epping now for a year and a half and I have nothing but good things to say about it. 2 minute drive to epping plaza for shopping and great eating out options and the peace of mind having a fantastic hospital at our doorstep. transport is great, epping station is beautiful and you always get a seat which is nice. Couldn't be happier.....
Great for

- Upcoming developments
- Lovely neighbours
- Schools
Not great for
- Bit of traffic in the morning on high street
- No direct road/highway to the city unlike western suburbs tht have the westgate bridge

Epping is like Box hill + Ringwood. 2 massive public + private hospitals like Box hill and Costco + Shopping centre like Ringwood. Bus 901 is longest bus in Melbourne and can go to airport. Train is new and clean. Forgot to mention Bunning, officeworks, etc. Love it.
