Benaroon Street
"Terrific Street in a terrific suburb"
Benaroon Street is a terrific family friendly street. The neighbours are all nice and quiet, the street has no unnecessary traffic and its incredibly close to two great schools and Woolies.

Bracken Ridge
"Terrific Family Suburb"
What a terrific place to raise a young family - Bracken Ridge is one of those special places that you can only truly appreciate once youre here. Having come from Melbourne it is within great striking distance to both the Brisbane CBD and Sunshine Coast. With a fantastic variety of schools and local shopping available Bracken Ridge is the perfect suburb. Get in now while house prices are still reasonable.

Great to hear you have found it to be a nice suburb, which is exactly the opposite from our experience (see my own review to which you commented that I wasn't telling the truth). I wonder why you are suggesting to "get in now while house prices are still reasonable" ...
