"Doolandella - A great up and coming suburb!"

Doolandella is considered by those in the know to be one of Brisbane's best up and coming suburbs. Recent home owners & investors are getting big equity returns in just a short time. Only 17km (25 mins) to Brisbane CBD and with major motorways to Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Ipswich just a few short mins away. Not to mention a new day care centre just built and a new Woolworths to be built in the near future. Good quiet family area with no trouble in the 2 yrs since I've been here.
