I was looking to buy my first property and have visited many suburbs. I finally decided on Epping because of the following reasons...
- Excellent train/bus service
- Well established schools, amenities, parks and communities
- Price reasonable
- Less foreign migrants, looks and feels more "Australian" than the others i visited
- Scenic, hilly, lush green land with contour = good water retention; West suburbs are flat, featureless and dry like desert
- Acceptable distance from the city
Foresee huge potential in Epping as the New Epping is still developing.
