Crocker Way

"Hidden Gem of a street for families with kids and academics or teachers"

This is a small street that is is right at the junction of the primary schools, High School and Notre Dame University area. Rapidly becoming the dress circle for the Cable Beach 'old Broome side'.
There are only about 15 houses in this street and each year a few more are gentrified.

Great for

  • Close to schools and uni
  • Quiet familys orientated street
  • Away from truck noise on beach side of Cable Beach

Not great for

  • About a kilometer from actual Cable Beach
  • Closest park needs council attention

Cable Beach

"Paradise right near one of the greatest beaches on the planet"

A place where you can live with low stress and good options for walking and swimming. Tropical in the wet and perfect for nine months of the year. You can live over near Cable Beach itself, but there is a bit of traffic from the port bypass these days - or you can live on the 'old Broome, side of Cable Beach near the schools and university. Either way is good, but the areas around the primary schools and uni are amazing if you have kids. Safe walking from kindergarden time to uni days.

Great for

  • Safe and green
  • Great schools access
  • Anywhere is minutes from one of the greatest beachs in the world

Not great for

  • 3 - 5 months tropical humidity
  • Pricier than other suburbs in Broome
  • Traffic is a bit noisy from trucks on streets closest to the beach
