"A great way to afford a actual house close to town"
I've bought here after living in the inner city and I'm frankly amazed. It's affordable to buy a large block. Its close to town via bus, train and car. Its got the benefits of Altona Gate and 2 other blocks of shops on Millers road. The beach is 6 minutes drive and Newport/Williamstown isn't far either.
