It's a great spot to live. Plenty to do by the water, affordable, easy access to the city/valley (20min drive over the Gateway, 30min via Wynnum Rd), a heap of green space, and great breezes. There is a LOT of construction work going on at the moment - new houses being built all over the place, many more being renovated.

It could do with a few more dining options, but there have been numerous (quality) cafes/bars open in recent months so it appears as though this is changing rapidly.
