"Rouse Hill is growing and will continue...."

I have moved to Rouse Hill in 2002 where average price house was around $450K. Now, there are houses in Rouse Hill selling for the million dollars mark. The area is definitely growing in the presence of good schools, shopping centres and sports activities.
