Torquay

"I am over it"

Used to be agreat place, but the developers have moved in and lots of ugly concrete boxes appearing.
The water is much too cold to swim without a wetsuit.

If you think it's an alternative to Nth NSW or QLD then you are mistaken.

Lots of bad mouthed types with new money especially footballers.

Sold out so I am glad to get out.

Off to Nth NSw for us..sick of cold water

Yes I agree about the idiots in Torquay with new money!! Purchased a block with a lovely aspect a few years back with the idea of building a holiday home on it. Well, bugger me, the first time I met my neighbour I had to restrain myself from punching him in the head because he was so rude to my wife and I! I understand that he is a cashed up builder transplanted from the Western suburbs. I purchased in this area thinking I would have well mannered yuppies living next door if I ever built a home there! I grew up in a rough area but even the crims had better manners than this goose with the most expensive house in the street. If I ever move to Torquay from my home in WA, I hope this joker has learned some manners... or at least dental insurance!

hahaha, sounds like you need the dental insurance or keep hiding over in miserable Perth.
