It's a nice area, walking distance too shops and supermarkets, not too far from the city, beats the inner city, not many cockroaches, not much aircraft noise, now it's a bit expensive.

The area feels insular at times but it's safe with great people. Personal bias is Parramatta is better and same travel time to the CBD and less insular feeling. But Sutherland is nice , clean and safe for everyone.

Great value, no cockroaches, clean, quiet at night, great people, minimal air craft noise, it's the best suburb for renters. Beats the inner city by a mile. Parramatta is simply better.

Made the mistake of renting here, high price, under flight path, cockroaches, only good thing about the suburb is the kebab shop and gas station. Had a small 1 bed apartment , no direct sun, impossible to get the net connected , not in walking distance too supermarkets , generally dirty, worst suburb in Sydney, if I could I'd ask for my rent back. Horrible.
