Marsfield, especially the areas close to Macquarie University, is fantastic, with a great social mix - lots of students, mainly Asian. Very cosmopolitan, with lots of young families too. The proximity to the ever growing Macquarie Park business area, the new Macquarie Uni Hospital, the new train station, the upgraded and expanded shopping centre from 2014, the new stylish apartment buildings (Macquarie Central, 88 Talavera) - all these are indicators that this area is in for long term growth.
