"The wonderful fabric & community & lifestyle of Double Bay"
I live in Double Bay, have a business in Double Bay and the kids go to school in Double Bay.. We have been here through the quieter times when the cinema and the Ritz Carlton closed down... However it is now making a resurgence with the Flag Ship Intercontinental due to reopen, About Life, Dan Murphys and Woolies opening and the new library on its way. There is a spring in the step of the locals with all the new shops opening their doors.
Great for
- INDIGOS CAFE - BEST CAFE EVER!!
- Transvaal Ave is the prettiest street and is heritage protected
- Can always find gorgeous homewares and gifts
- Friendly safe neighbourhood
- Redevelopment of Stamford Plaza and Kiaora Lands
Not great for
- A bit of touch parking happens with the older folk ;-)
