"You dont want to live in this part of town!"
Rowdy area of town! Lots of rude neighbours and hoon drivers in this part of pinjarra. People in this area dont really have many manners. A lot of teenage trouble roaming at night also. Not a recommened suburb to live!

"Pretty average"
Hoon drivers in this area are terrible. All hours of the night and day. Lots of rowdy parties on weekends. Lots of stray cats and dogs.
