"Easily one of the best courts in Grovedale"
Lovely neighbours, friendly and quiet. Has great grassy area at the end. Kids play safely on bikes and scooters.

Grovedale
"Family friendly but a bit tired"
Grovedale is a family friendly area and more affordable than Belmont and Highton. However, the price of property has increased about 20% from 2016-2018. Good for owners. Shops are tired around Heyers Rd, it would be nice to see more investments and more modern feel to them. People are friendly and it's safe. Waurn Ponds Shopping Centre is close and walkable for many but not everyone likes shopping centres. Parks are great especially Coolabah Park.
