I have to totally agree with last review. We have lived here since 2001 and thought of moving and few year ago but couldn’t find another suburb that has so much to offer with block size privacy and being so centrally located.
Our neighbors are fantastic and have NEVER had any trouble whatsoever in 17 years it is a very quiet safe suburb. Our only gripe is that the Bibra Lake industrial area has grown and sometimes noise is carried by the prevailing wind, but this is not a common occurrence.
