Lived here 8 years, family suburb, 30 minutes on freeway to Perth city. Known for burglaries a lot here and increase in drug related crimes. It’s predominantly a British suburb (poor income brits that move to Australia looking for cheap Australian suburbs that look new to make out they made it in life). A lot of bogans live here. Another bad point is the lack of greenery and trees up here, it’s known as ‘tin roof city’ just miles of copy and paste suburbs with the same cheap shops and parks. Lack of choices here too- if you’re looking for unique shops, greenery, community spirit, safety and choices.. this place isn’t for you. If you’re on a low income, want somewhere for your family to live, and happy with life’s basics, then this is the suburb for you. I’m personally looking at moving out of here soon.
