"Close to everything"

Chermside is its own CBD. Everything and anything is in Chermside or close by. Dept Transport, Medicare, shopping centre with all the major retailers. Buses go everywhere. Close to city. Hospitals. I don’t have to travel far for anything. Have thought of moving but don’t want to be driving for an extra 30mins to get where I need to be.
