"George Benjamin Ct. Friendly, Safe and Quiet neighbourhood."

Simply the Best court. Seabrook Primary school is a short walk away, The Super Medical centre is there when you just cross the road. (Great for that Medical Certificate) There are Three major Shopping complexes within 2 mins drive. Absolute quiet and friendly neigbours. No dark tyre marks on the road which tells there are no out lawed idiots dragging their cars. Easy freeway access and Point cook Coastal park is a Bonus too.
