"boring town -watch out for louts at night"
It is located close to Coffs harbour and has a nice beach,but there is nothing to do and therefor does have a lout problem.There are no gutters on dangerous and busy roads.

- Close to towns
- Cheap to buy in
Not great for
- Louts and trouble
- Poor resale value on homes
- Messy uncared for suburb
