Moved here a year ago. The town is gorgeous, full of old heritage buildings. Moved from Melbourne. Eaglehawk used to have a low reputation but over the last year I’ve seen lots of young couples with kids moving in, many also from Melbourne. Eaglehawk is very beautiful with streets lined with gorgeous Victorian homes. I feel like it has so much potential, very Fitzroy 15 years ago. The lake and play area is gorgeous, I live quite near the lake. It still has a way to go and could use a good cafe but the vintage caravan at the lake makes a great coffee. Recommend.
