So glad I trusted my instincts and bought a family home here in Banyo. It has a relaxed atmosphere, people are friendly and helpful here.
Banyo has everything you need with beautiful bistro , wine bar, brewery , woolworths , bakery, post office, parks, good schools in Banyo and locally . Being near to the train station has been great in terms of commuting to work in Brisbane, saves the stress of driving and cost of parking .
There is a good mix of people in Banyo, lots of professionals and middle income earners seem to be moving into the area and houses seem to be off market fairly quickly. I notice that so many people renovating and since we moved here we have seen considerable changes to the area in (the way of renovations).
