Wellington Point

"Great Lifestyle for the outdoors type!"

I love living in this leafy suburb surrounded by water. If you love walking the dog or just going on long walks, there is so many different directions and sites to see! Take a stroll down to the Point with the boatramp, beach and huge parklands with picnic tables, bbqs along with cafe and take away restaurant. You can fish off the jetty, exercise in the park on the open air gym circuit overlooking the bay and Straddie beyond.... I have enjoyed many sunrises and sunsets at the point as it has water in both directions. Up in the village just a kilometer or so away are the cafes, pub and take aways along with some specialty shops. I love to grab the paper from the newsagent then enjoy a coffee at Refuelled Cafe. And they are dog friendly also!
Another lovely walk is down to the lake in Sovereign Waters Estate, watch the purple breasted water hens and the many other variety of birds nesting, feeding and playing on the pond. The lake is alive with fish and has 2 parks to enjoy. At the end of the lake there is a walking track through the bushland across to Birkdale 3 acre park which has an off leash dog area or continue along the waterfront to Aquatic Paradise.

Alexandra Hills

"The Hub of the Redlands"

I am a business owner in the Shopping Centre for 3 years now and am I could not have chosen a better location to start a small business! Alex Hills is geographically located in the middle of the Redlands City so we get lots of passing traffic. Our team love the convenience of having lots of cafes and restaurants for lunch and Trade Secret is awesome for shopping for clothes and gifts. The parking is laid on so its easy for us and our clients to stop in.
