"Mouldy and polluted"

Very humid and mouldy area, apartments lack ventilation causing lots of mould! The only reason people live here is because of public transport and shopping centre. This suburd is OVERLY PRICED for what you get.

Great for

  • New (modern) developments
  • Close to shopping centre and IKEA
  • Railway line

Not great for

  • Humid & Mouldy
  • Lack of ventilation in apartments
  • Possible contamination & pollution
  • Slow internet
  • Overpriced
