Lovely treed area, fantastic facilities and wonderful neighbors. Sunshine has a lot going for it, with plenty of growth left in house prices to come. A few good restaurants have opened and seem to be doing well so the expectation is that more will follow. Lots of great places to shop and bargains aplenty. You can live very cheaply here with lots of large fruit and veg and butcher's shops competing for business, the prices are fantastic. Excellent public transport and road access to the city - you can be at docklands in 10 mins, city centre in 15 by car. Now that the council has finally updated the parks we have some open spaces to be proud of, this is a great place for walking with kids (not a lot of hills...).
