"Court tranquility in great location"
the court we used to live in was set in a perfect spot with no traffic hassles, close to massive park which sits adjacent to one of the biggest and best reputation primary shools around, and equal short distance b/n two shopping plazas, it was one of the best streets in Carrum Downs.
Neighbours were friendly but never nosey either.
